RESIDENTIAL TURNKEY POOL/SPA PROGRAM

As you all ready know there are a growing number of people that are relocating to this area that have never owned or maintained a pool before. You might be one of them. With that in mind, I would like to set up a turnkey pool service program with you that would insure that you are enjoying your pool and/or spa to the fullest, plus all the do's and don'ts of owning a pool or spa. I know that you are very busy living the Florida lifestyle and that you need someone that you can trust to give you the best service and training available. You will have a choice after the first month or so to either start taking care your own pool /spa or to continue the use of my services.

This program will relieve you of the concerns and problems associated with the purchasing of a new pool or spa. Plus you will be dealing directly with me, I personally oversee the training.   EL SOL SERVICES is a family owned and operated business, where we really treat everyone like we would want to be treated.

My prices for these services are as follows;

a. Monthly pool service ….. $77 for caged pools....$97 for open pools......$47 for chemicals only

Weekly visit which includes;

  1. Inspection of pool equipment area and pool/spa.
  2. Chemical analysis of pool water.
  3. Addition of any chemicals to maintain properly balanced water.
  4. Complete scrubbing of pool tile upon every visit.
  5. Complete brushing of pool surface upon every visit.
  6. Cleaning of pump and skimmer baskets.
  7. Vacuuming of entire pool.
  8. Complete cleaning of pool filtration will be done on a monthly basis or as analysis dictates.

b. Monthly Pool Service which includes training for new pool owners…..$107 for caged pools....$127 for open pools.....$77 for chemicals only
