RESIDENTIAL PLASTER POOL/SPA START UP $225 |
| There
are a growing number of pool service companies in this area which
stresses even a bigger demand for quality and professional workmanship.
Some of the pool builders have their own in-house service personnel
that handle the pool/spa start-ups but some don't. It's those companies
that need a company like mine, one that they can trust to handle their
new pool or spa like it was my own. We are relatively new to this area,
family owned and operated, in fact you will be working with me
personally most of the time. The break in period is a very critical time for the pool or spa, as you well know. If things aren't done right and at the right time then serious damage can take place to the pool surface and the equipment. Working with me will relieve you of the concerns and problems associated with the start up of a pool or spa. |
| Depending
on the size and condition of the pool or spa , this is a 3 to 4 day
process with two visits everyday. 1. Running of the circulation
for the entire process and keeping the heater off, cleaning filter as
needed.
2. Addition of the required amount of a sequestering agent (I prefer Jack's Magic products) 3. Testing of the water and the addition of any chemicals to maintain proper balance. - Total alkalinity
will be kept in the 120 range with the use of Bicarb but never allowed
to drop below 80.
4. The pool will be brushed
and vacuumed with a brush vacuum upon every visit.- Being sure that the Calcium Hardness is keep between 200 - 400. - pH will be slowly adjusted to the 7.2 - 7.4 range. - Sanitizer will not be added until the third day and then slowly brought up to 1PPM. - Stabilizer will be added at this time if needed. 5. The filter will be cleaned as needed throughout this entire process to remove all plaster dust. |

Sol Services insists that this procedure meets the approval of the pool
builder and plasterer, step by step, and that the pool or spa be
inspected prior to commencement of this start-up procedure to insure
complete satisfaction by everyone concerned. We realize that
the
price may be slightly higher then other companies, but you are
getting far more service then just the normal couple of visits. |
