Leak
detection is a
very time consuming project but very important to
the overall operation of a pool or spa. Money is wasted in lost water,
excess chemical use and maybe even equipment damage. My leak test
involves first using a basic test to insure that the loss is not just
to evaporation. Then I use the dye test and shoot dye at every orifice
of the pool, skimmer, main drain, light fixture and etc. Plus a
thorough inspection of all tile and grout joints. Small leaks that are
found will be repaired using pool putty and larger leaks will be
evaluated and a bid submitted to execute repairs.

this procedure meets the approval of the pool
builder and /or the home owner step by step and that the pool or spa be
inspected prier to commencement of this procedure to insure complete
satisfaction by everyone concerned.
